ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the case/complaint (C.No.960/AC CCB/CCC/Cbe City/2016 and C.No.812/Inspr. CCB/Cbe City/2016) lodged by the petitioner, pending on the file of the fourth respondent, Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Coimbatore City to the second respondent to investigate the matter and file a final report in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.
3. In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, the petition of this nature is not maintainable before this Court. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with the guidelines given by the Hon'ble Division Bench in the decision referred supra.
4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.

Today the matter is posted "for being mentioned". It was brought to the notice of this Court that after filing of this petition, the fourth respondent filed a status report before this Court and subsequently an F.I.R. has also been registered by the fourth respondent in Crime No.17 of 2017 and the investigation is pending.
2.Since this fact was not brought to the notice of this Court, the routine order, for registration of complaint was passed by this Court.
