the pavements in their respective local jurisdiction and maintain a diary which can be referred to by any citizen under the Right to Information Act 2005. The petitioner also seeks direction to respondents 1 to 4 to do a paper publication of this Court order in all major local newspapers and or other media and create awareness for the general public to meet the ends of justice. The petitioner also seeks that this Court to pass final orders only after the above is implemented in full. It is also submitted that taking into consideration the positive influence on the lives of the citizens, this Court to dispose this matter in a timely and judicious manner. For the Petitioner :

ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application in WMP No.17276 of 2022 for amendment. By the said application, the prayer made in the writ petition is also sought to be amended.
2. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
3. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The petitioner may file a fresh writ petition with regard to encroachments prevailing on a particular platform or area.
4. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP No.17276 of 2022 is closed.
