ORDER
(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to produce the body of the wife of the petitioner by name Deepa, age 18 years W/o.G.Sureshbabu before this Hon'ble Court and further may handover her to custody of the petitioner herein.
2. The detenu is present. She is a major. She denies the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petition. On enquiry, she has categorically stated that she has no intention of joining the petitioner.
3. Thus, we do not find any illegal detention involved and this Habeas Corpus Petition is accordingly dismissed setting the detenue at liberty.
