W.M.P.No.34292 of 2016 in W.P.No.34908 of 2016 R.SUBBIAH,J This W.M.P. is filed to amend the cause title of the second respondent as "The Chief Educational Officer, Vellore District, Vellore", instead of "The Chief Educational Officer, Tirupathur, Tirupathur District", and also with regard to the third respondent as "The District Educational Officer, Tirupathur, Vellore District, instead of "The District Educational Officer, Tirupathur, Tirupathur District", in the order of this Court, dated 03.10.2016 in W.P.No.34908 of 2016. Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and on considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this amendment petition, the amendment petition is ordered as prayed for. Further, the date "02.12.2012" shall be substituted by "02.12.2002" in paragraph 6 of the said order dated 03.10.2016. 30.11.2016 Registry to note:
