1. The main writ petition has been filed assailing an order dated 09.08.2016 made by the second respondent regarding employment of the writ petitioner.

2.Learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent Mr.A.Vivek, states that he would file counter affidavit within four weeks from today namely, on or before 03.02.2017.

3. After perusing the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the fix an early date petition, an early date is fixed viz., on 06.03.2017 by which time the learned Standing Counsel undertakes that the pleadings shall be completed.

4. Post the main writ petition for hearing on 06.03.2017.
