ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's minor daughter, Anika Gaauthem Menon, aged 6 years, before this Court and to handover her custody to the petitioner herein, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2.It is a case of matrimonial discord between the petitioner and the third respondent and the mediation also filed. We do not find any illegal detention involved in this case and the parties have already approached the appropriate Court seeking custody of the child.

3. In such view of the matter, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. However, liberty is given to the parties to work out the remedy before the appropriate forum.

4. At the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to furnish the address of the detenue, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that the same would be furnished on the next date of hearing before the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai. This Statement stands recorded.
