This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report in Cr.No.94 of 2014 pending on the file of the respondent police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has submitted that initially the case was registered under Section 174 of Cr.P.C, and the offences have been altered into under Section 498-A and 306 of IPC and they are about to file a final report.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, the respondent is directed to file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
