Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint dated 22.10.2015 under Sections 307, 326, 506(2), 120A, 452 r/w. Section 34 of IPC against the accused persons Mr.Gunasekaran, Mrs.Latha Balaji Mr.Sekar (Seku) and Mr.Abdul Aziz and transfer the investigation pertaining to the above case from the file of the 2nd respondent to any other competent investigation officer or agency.

O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the second respondent police to register a case pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 22.10.2015. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 22.10.2015. But the second respondent has not shown any interest to enquire the matter and register the case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that already FIR has been registered in Crime No.45 of 2016 under Sections 324 and 506(ii) of IPC. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to expedite the Investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.

5. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
