This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed as the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm until further orders by this Court against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18945 of 2022 dated 11.08.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18945 of 2022 dated 11.08.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every Month at 10.30 am until further orders. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
