..Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to provide Plice Protection to the Petitioner's family and property comprised in survey S.No. 491/1B, measuring to an extent of 2.11 acres, S.No. 488/6 measuring to an extent of 60 3⁄4 cents, with well and service connection attached therein situated at Paithur south Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District based on the complaint dated 10.07.2023 for fencing the property forthwith. 1/4

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to provide police protection in order to fence the subject property. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was done in CSR.No.383/2023. During the enquriy, the petitioner was informed that as and when the fencing is done by the petitioner, a request can be made and that the police protection will be given to the petitioner. 3.Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of.
