The petitioner who is one of the victim in online fraud is before this Court for a direction to the I.O. to expedite the investigation and file a final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate submits that so far investigation discloses that there is online fraud to the tune of Rs.32,00,000/- and sixteen accounts through which the money trailed been identified and freezed. However, only 1.16 lakhs have been found in these accounts. Investigation is under way to trace the trail of crime money. Communication been sent to other Banks where monies are suspected to have been deposited. Based on the response from those Banks investigation will be proceeded further.

3. Considering the fact that the crime being committed through cyber world, the time limit to complete the investigation cannot be fixed. But this Court can direct the I.O. to expedite their investigation and file a final report as early as possible.

4. Accordingly this original Petition is disposed of with a direction 2/4

to the I.O. to expedite the investigation before the trail of money cheated gets erased.
