This original petition has been filed to call for the records relating to Charge Sheet in C.C.No.101 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate I, Kanchipuram. 2.

It is stated by the learned counsel representing the public prosecutor that though the petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet, now the trial has started and the 4 witnesses have already been examined.
