O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police to provide police protection for survey the land of the petitioner in S.No.90/2C2 situated at Nediyam Village, Pallipattu Taluk, Thiruvallur District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.08.2024 and pass orders.

2. The Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner seeks police protection to survey the property owned by the petitioner comprised in S.No.90/2C2 at Nediyam Village, Pallipattu Taluk, Thiruvallur District. Earlier, the petitioner obtained direction from this Court in W.P.No.21571 of 2024 by an order dated 05.08.2024 to survey the land on payment of requisite fees. When the revenue officials inspect the petitioner's land to survey, the counterparty objected to the survey. Therefore, petitioner has sought for police protection.

3. If the revenue officials encounter any obstructions from the neighbor while surveying the land, the first respondent/Inspector of Police, D5 Pallipattu Police Station, Thiruvallur District, is directed to consider the request and pass orders to provide adequate police protection while surveying the petitioner's land.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
