C.M.P.No.19500 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 385 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of deceased sole petitioner in the above C.R.P.No.1749 of 2019.

2. C.M.P.No.19504 of 2023 has been filed to bring on record the Petitioners herein as the legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner and add them as the 2nd to 4th petitioners in the above C.R.P.No.1749 of 2019.

3. C.M.P.No.19505 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of deceased sole petitioner Rajaram in the above C.R.P.No.1749 of 2019.

4. C.M.P.No.19508 of 2023 has been filed to bring on record the Petitioners herein as the legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner and add them as the 2nd to 4th petitioners in the above C.R.P.No.1750 of 2019.

5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

6. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
