Contempt Petition No.1701 of 2021 appearing for the respondent that this Court vide order dated 15.10.2019 made in W.P.No.22738 of 2019 issued direction to the first respondent therein/ respondent herein to consider the representation dated 29.06.2012 and pursuant to the said order, the respondent has made recommendation in favour of the petitioner on 21.12.2021. Hence the order dated 15.10.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.22738 of 2019 which is the subject matter of contempt was complied with.
