ORDER
The above Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Ponneri, Thiruvallur, to dispose of the Crl.M.P.No unnumbered of 2019, within the time stipulated by this court as expeditiously as possible.
Heard both sides.
The learned counsel for the petitioner/de-facto complainant would submit that he has filed a petition under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., during the month of March, before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Ponneri, Thiruvallur. However, it is not yet numbered and that no further proceedings has been initiated by the learned Judicial Magistrate and would submit that since the petition is not numbered the petitioner is put to great difficulty.

In view of the above submission, the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Ponneri, Thiruvallur is directed to number the petition if it is otherwise in order and dispose of it as expeditiously as possible.
