(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The son of the convict filed this petition seeking leave on the ground that the convict is suffering from piles and for taking treatment. It appears that the convict is only suffering from piles. On the earlier occasion, this Court directed the respondents to grant ordinary leave, which he has availed off.

2. Considering the nature of ailment, we are not inclined to allow this petition filed.

3. In such view of the matter, the miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
