It is seen from records that the petition to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner in C.M.P.No.19508 of 2023 was already ordered by this Court on 30.08.2023.

However, the petitions to condone the delay in filing a petition to set aside the abatement and to set aside the abatement are kept pending.

2. In view of the order passed in C.M.P.No.19508 of 2023, dated 30.08.2023, C.M.P.Nos.19512 and 19509 of 2023 are ordered.
