ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the Order dated 22.07.2022 passed in E.P.No.275/2016 in A.P.No. 43/2015 pending on the file of the learned III Additional District Judge at Puducherry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the sole respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners have produced a receipt for payment of Rs.13,30,000/- on 24.03.2025 to the respondent by way of NEFT No.658840. The scanned copy of the same is attached hereunder:

4. As the petitioners have settled the entire due amount payable to the respondent, no further order is required to be passed in the present Civil Revision Petition.

5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands closed. The scanned copy of the NEFT receipt shall be a part of this order. It is open to the respondent to exercise its rights in the manner known to law. No Costs.
