This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to give protection to the petitioner to open the car parking gate and to remove the obstacle in front of his car parking.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the 1 st respondent.

3. The complaint was enquired by the first respondent and already closed. That apart the complaint was of the year 2017 and as such the police protection cannot be given after a period of three years. However, the pettioner is at liberty to large a fresh complaint with a fresh cause of action.
