This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to direct the respondent police not to harass and torture the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is not an accused in the said Crime Nos.134 and 135 of 2016 and hence harassment would not arise by the respondent police.

3. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands dimissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
