JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was pronounced by T.RAJA, J.) The First Appeal has been preferred against the judgment and decree dated 30.09.2016 passed in O.S.No.330 of 2009 by the learned Principal District Judge, Kancheepuram District at Chengalpattu.

When the matter was called, Mr.R.Saravanakumar, learned Counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that the dispute between the parties has been settled out of court. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Appeal. He has also produced a Memo dated 03.07.2018 signed by the appellants in this regard.

Ms.R.Ramya, learned Counsel for the 2nd respondent and Mr.S.Bhargavan, learned Counsel for the 5th respondent were also present before the Court.

Recording the Memo dated 03.07.2018 filed by the appellants, the A.S.No.119/2017 is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
