(Made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the judgment and order dated 20.02.2019 passed in S.C.No.302 of 2017 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Chennai.

On 03.01.2022, this Court passed the following order: "The Registry is directed to verify as to whether the appellant herein has filed any appeal through any other counsel challenging his conviction and sentence by judgment and order dated 20.02.2019 passed in S.C.No.302 of 2017 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Chennai and place a report before this Court on 11.01.2022.

Post the matter on 11.01.2022."

Pursuant to the above order, the Registry has put up a note dated 10.01.2022, wherein, it has been stated as follows: "On verification, it is respectfully submitted that the appellant in the above said case has not preferred any appeal before this Hon'ble Court challenging the conviction and sentence by judgment and order dated 20.02.2019 passed in S.C.No.302 of 2017 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Chennai."
