Respondent Prayer: Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the Respondent for his acts of contempt in not obeying and complying with the order passed by this Court dated 05.08.2020 in C.M.P.No.1525 of 2019 and its subsequent orders dated 04.09.2020 and 07.01.2021.

This contempt petition is filed alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 05.08.2020 in C.M.P.No.1525 of 2019 and its subsequent orders dated 04.09.2020 and 07.01.2021.

2. Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent submitted that a sum of Rs.3,29,850/- has been paid to the Petitioner through RTGS and the orders passed by this Court has been complied with. A letter dated 30.01.2023 of the Federal Bank has also been produced to that effect.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader and the letter dated 30.01.2023, this Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
