Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the order dated 01/10/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.18413/2021 to appear before the Judicial Magistrate Court I instead of report before the respondent police daily 10.30 a.m., until further orders and such any further order as this Honourable Court deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.VASANTHANAYAGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.BALAJI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the order dated 01.10.2021 in Crl.OP.No.18413 of 2021 to appear before the Judicial Magistrate-I instead of report before the respondent police daily 1030 a.m. until further orders.

2. Being not satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner and accordingly, the same is dismissed.
