CRIME NO.232 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Extend the time granted by this Hon`ble Court on 24.02.2021 made in Crl.O.P.no.3226 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 24.02.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time for executing sureties and to comply with the conditions.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to execute sureties and to comply with the conditions. All other conditions remain unaltered.
