The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act 1961, Section 498-A and 506(ii) IPC, on the file of the respondent police and seek anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the de-facto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.21 of 2016 and the same was closed.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
