ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.82 of 2013 by Elachipalayam Police Station, Namakkal District.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instruction would content that a referred charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchengode, on 31.07.2018 in Crime No.82 of 2013.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present criminal original petition for further adjudication and therefore the petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
