ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 279, 337, 379 of IPC and 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation Act 1957 in Cr.No.387 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner/A2 has involved in illegal transportation of 4000 bricks that worth about 1 Lakh and he also alleged to have dashed the jeep of the Forest Officers and escaped from the spot. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is alleged to have illegally transported bricks worth about 1 Lakh and also dashed the vehicle of the Forest Officers and prevented them from doing their duty. Thereafter, the petitioner along with other accused person have escaped from the officials. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the serious allegation levelled against the petitioner which requires detailed investigation and that the petitioner/A2 and A1 are absconding, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petition seeking anticipatory bail is dismissed.
