The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the Juvenile Justice Board, Chengalpet, Kancheepuram District to

take on file the unnumbered petition/memo in J.C.No.47 of 2014 dated 09.10.2015 returned on 28.10.2015 and make a correction in respect of Crime No.797 of 2011 instead of Crime No.769 of 2011. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the submissions made by both sides and since it is only a clerical error, the Juvenile Justice Board, Chengalpet, Kancheepuram District is directed to take on file the unnumbered petition/memo in J.C.NO.47 of 2014 dated 09.10.2015 returned on 28.10.2015 and also make correction in respect of crime number as 797 of 2011 instead of 769 of 2011. 4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court by order dated 26.02.2016 directed the Juvenile Justice Board, Chengalpet, Kancheepuram District to take the unnumbered petition/memo in J.C.No.47 of 2014 dated 09.10.2015 on file. Hence, she sought for a direction to the Registry to return the original unnumbered petition/memo in J.C.No.47 of 2014.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Registry is directed to return the original unnumbered petition/memo in J.C.No.47 of 2014 to the learned

counsel for the petitioner.
