This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No. 386 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that, on 11.07.2024, at about 16.45 hours the respondent police the found one Kamaraj/A1 along with the possession of 150 Nitravet Tablets and based on his confession the petitioner/A2 implicated in this case. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner is having 5 previous cases and also there is no change of circumstances after dismissing the previous bail petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
