ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.10.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 420, 465, 468, 471, 486 of IPC, 4(1) (aaa) r/w 4(1-A) and 4(1)(h) of Tamilnadu Prohibition Act, 4, 7, of Tamilnadu Rectified Spirit Rules 2000, in Crime No.1558 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate on instructions would submit that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982.

3.
