ORDER

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 4 made a submission that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.5810 of 2018 dated 12.02.2019, has been complied with. In this regard, the District Educational Officer, South Chennai, has passed an order in proceedings dated 13.11.2019. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in this contempt petition.

2.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this contempt petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
