(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to accept the cause title in the above writ appeal.

2. Heard Mr.V.G.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. We perused the affidavit of the petitioner filed in support of this petition, wherein, it has been stated that though at the time of disposal of the Civil Suit on 23.08.2016, the petitioner was represented by its Authorised Signatory, Mr.N.V. Purandiran, the said officer has died due to COVID in the year 2021 and the petitioner company, which has preferred the original side appeal, is now represented by its Authorised Signatory, Mr.K.Mathiyalagan.
