Today, the matter is listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned". 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had filed a petition in Crl.O.P.No.19953 of 2025 before this Court, seeking direction to direct the learned Principal District Judge at Salem to consider the petitioner's bail application on the same day and the same was ordered on 11.07.2025. However, in the said petition, the jurisdictional Court was erroneously mentioned as learned Principal District Judge at Salem instead of learned Principal District Judge at Kallakurichi and the same is also reflected in the order copy uploaded, therefore, prays to change the same in the order dated 11.07.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.19953 of 2025.

In view of the above, the papers were handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner to correct the petition. Accordingly, Registry is directed to change the jurisdictional Court mentioned in the said order dated 11.07.2025 wherever necessary as learned Principal District Judge at Kallakurichi instead of learned Principal District Judge at Salem, then upload corrected order.
