The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus directing the first to third respondents to take appropriate departmental action against the officials and other individuals involved in the dispute by conducting proper enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 30.03.2024 submitted through official e-mail within a time that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint against the fourth and fifth respondents. Since the same was not considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. The learned counsel for the first to fifth respondents would submit that the petitioner's complaint was considered, and an order was passed on 10.07.2025. Hence, the present Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed.

4. I have given anxious consideration to either side submissions.

5. While looking at the complaint, it deals with some delinquency of the fourth and fifth respondents and based upon the said complaint, it appears that the first to third respondents had already initiated disciplinary proceedings and ultimately found that the delinquency against the fourth and fifth respondents have not been proved and had passed a final order on 10.07.2025. Therefore, as rightly contended by the learned counsel for the first to fifth respondents, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition. 3/5
