This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 44 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the Judgment and Decree passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, (In the Court of IV Court of Small Causes), Chennai, dated 04.11.2022 in M.C.O.P.No.4854 of 2018.
2.Notice has been served on the respondent and the respondent is represented through counsel. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent and perused the records.
4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 44 days is condoned.
5.The name of the counsel for the respondent shall be printed in the cause list at the time of admission.
6.The learned counsel for the appellant is directed to immediately serve the papers on the learned counsel for the respondent.
