Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner namely Viswanathan, S/o.Thirugnanam, Life Convict Ct.No.96783 aged about 62 years, now confined in the Central Prison, Trichy before this Court and for a consequential direction to consider the petitioner immediately under G.O.Ms.No.1155 Home (Prison IV) Department dated 11.09.2008 for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

premature release and set him at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner/life convict has already been released.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
