This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioners on bail in the event of their arrest in the Crime No.13 of 2021 on the file of All women Police station, Attur, Salem District.

2. On perusal of the records, it shows that the already anticipatory bail petition has been moved in Crl.O.P.No.3165 of 2022 and the same was dismissed as withdrawn on 10.02.2022. However, suppressing the same, the present petition has been filed. When it was brought to the notice of this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he was not instructed about the earlier dismissal. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition in the manner known to law.
