(CRIME NO.881/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to comply all condition as imposed by this Hon'ble Court in CRL.MP.NO.10746/2021 in Crl.OP.18549/2020 dated 22.10.2021 including to deposit the amount of Rs.7,00,000/-(Rupees seven Lakhs only) to credit of Crime No.881/2020 and to execute the sureties as directed by this Hon'ble court and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S A.ILAYAPERUMAL, Advocate for the petitioner and of A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 22.10.2021 made in Crl.M.P.No.10746 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.18549 of 2020 to deposit the amount of Rs.7,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.881 of 2020 and to execute sureties. 2.Heard both sides.
