Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to survey and measure the lands of the petitioner bearing survey number 105/136, measuring about 0.0274.0 hectares of Muthukalipatti Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District, in consideration of the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2024 within a time frame fixed by this Court. 1/5

O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to survey the land situated in S.No.105/136, measuring about 0.0274.0 hectares of Muthukalipatti Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District, by considering her representation dated 23.07.2024.

2. According to the petitioner, the above mentioned land belonged to her vide settlement deed executed by her husband on 13.02.2024. She submitted an application before the first respondent seeking survey of the land and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that if an online application is made by the petitioner for surveying of the land, will be 2/5

considered on its own merits, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, she is directed to make online application seeking survey of the above mentioned land by paying necessary charges for survey within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If any such online application is made by the petitioner, the same shall be considered by the second respondent and final orders shall be passed, on its own merits, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such application.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
