When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that no FIR is registered as against the petitioner and they are conducting the enquiry based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant and assured that they will complete the enquiry as early as possible.

He would further submit that the petitioner was not harassed.
