This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.6 of 2014, dated 5.7.2014, on the file of the respondent, expeditiously.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that the investigation would be completed and a final report would be filed, in Crime No.6 of 2014, on the file of the respondent, within a period of four months from today.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the respondent, the present Criminal Original Petition stands closed. No costs.
