This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the respondents to provide police protection to the public and to the Chariot during Chariot festival of the Arulmigu Mariamman Temple existing at Namashivayapuram (South) Village, Villupuram District from 21.06.2017 to 28.06.2017.
