ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the third and fourth respondents to take action, pursuant to the communication of the first respondent dated 19.06.2024, to remove the wall constructed in the public road located in Survey No.335/11, in Pothanur Village, Paramathy Velur Taluk, Namakkal District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ 2/4

petition, the third and the fourth respondents are directed to conduct enquiry, after issuance of notice to the counter party and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
