The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the case was registered in Crime No.1182 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Section 302 IPC against the petitioner and his wife and after completion of investigation, final report has also been filed before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of SC/ST cases, Salem and the same has been taken cognizance in Spl.S.C.No.6/2021. He further submitted that the above said case is now ripe for trial.
