This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in the order dated 11.04.2017 in C.M.P.No.2199 of 2017 in C.C.No.7 of 1998 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi and set aside the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the trial itself has concluded in C.C.No.7 of 1998. Hence the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
