O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the District Munsif Court, (Rent Court), Alandur, to dispose of the RLTOP.No.15 of 2019 within the time stipulated by this court.

2. In view of the limited scope of revision, this court is inclined to dispose of the same even without notice to the respondent.

3. The petitioner herein has filed a petition seeking re-possession against the respondent under Tamil Nadu Regulation of Rights and Responsibilties of Landlords and Tenants Act on the ground of failure to enter into an agreement and default in payment of rent.

4. The perusal of the typed set of papers would suggest that an ex parte order of eviction was already passed against the respondent and the same was set aside at the instance of the respondent on 18.02.2022. Thereafter, the matter has been adjourned from time to time for enquiry without any substantial progress. In view of the fact that the petitioner's 2/4

petition for re-possession is of the year 2019, this court is inclined to issue a direction to the District Munsif Court, (Rent Court), Alandur, to dispose of the main OP within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
