before the Court and to consider him under Rule 341 of Tamil Nadu Prison Manual, for premature release and set him at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the detenu has already been released.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
