Prayer : - Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned call letter dated 14.09.2016 issued by the 5th respondent college calling the petitioner for interview and special test for admission in MBBS course 2016-17 and quash the same in so far as the same relates to requirement of 60% each in the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology and 140/200 in aggregate and consequently direct the respondents to consider the candidature of the petitioner on the

basis of her merit/rank in the NEET (UG) 2016 Examination for grant admission to the petitioner in the MBBS course 2016-17. For Petitioner :

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner has joined MBBS course in some other college, hence the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
